Our Story

After the sudden loss of our father seven years ago, we realized the impact of meaningful gifts. Each and every card and gift that we received gave us comfort and inspiration. Our faith in God allowed us to walk through the saddest times of our lives. During this personal journey of healing, we have recognized the need for gifts that touch the heart and comfort the soul.

The Hope Glass concept is to combine a story card with an inspirational message. Each gift set contains a unique story card and a beautiful handmade glass cross.

The story card explains how the Depression Era was so bleak, but yet, Depression Glass was a light during an otherwise dark time. It was the one item that could be brought into the American home that remained a treasure. Each cross replicates colors that were popular during the Great Depression. The Hope Cross measures 11.5 inches by 8.5 inches and weighs two pounds. Our medium Hope Cross measures 6.5 inches by 3.5 inches. Each cross rests on a antique finished stand.
